Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

Shipped Priority Overnight the same or the following business day that the payment is received and verified. Our daily order cutoff for shipping is 3pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday - Friday, not including Holidays.

All orders are shipped fully insured for the purchase price. Packages require a Signature upon delivery.

Insurance

OC Watch Guy orders are shipped with full insurance coverage by Jewelers Mutual, within the United States and Canada.

International Shipping

Orders with international delivery destinations are subject to additional shipping costs, and possibly import or customs duty fees upon arrival to the destination country. OC Watch Guy declares full value on all international shipping orders. OC Watch Guy is not responsible for any additional costs associated with delivery once the package has been dispatched. We would suggest contacting your countries customs authority regarding this subject.

Shipping Your Watch to OCWATCHGUY

Shipping Labels are issued at no cost to you when selling your watch to OC Watch Guy. Once an agreement has been made, we will email you a shipping label that is pre-paid and under complete insurance.

Steps to Ship your watch:

• Print Shipping Label
• Pack the watch (Including the Original Box, Card and or Papers, All accessories such as Sticker Tags, Hang Tags, Manuals & Booklets, etc.)
• Place the watch / watch box into a larger shipping box.
• Tape the shipping label to the shipping box.
• Drop off your package with an authorized courier facility related to the shipping label on the package.
• Retain a drop-off receipt for the package as confirmation.

For security, we strongly advise that the watch be packed discreetly prior to drop off, so that a brand name is not known or shown, to further ensure the security of the contents of the package. Retain a receipt for your package at drop-off, to ensure confirmation and safe transit.
