Return Policy

We intend to deliver a remarkable customer experience regarding their purchase. We gladly accept returns if the item is delivered not as described. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.

Customers can return items either in-store or by mail. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. We accept returns for the following reasons: customer remorse and defective items.

Watches that are sold as Brand New are final sales, no exceptions. OC Watch Guy reserves the right to refuse service and or sales to anyone. Purchases made under refusal of service or sales will be refunded.

PayPal and Credit Card refunds are subject to the 4.0% merchant fee withheld. This does not apply to bank wire transfers.

Placing a Hold or Reservation will require a 10-25% Deposit. Half of the deposit or in some cases the entire deposit will be non-refundable.
